For me, a trip to Hong Kong can never be complete without a single dim sum dining experience. It is a worthwhile experience, a feast for the eyes, and of course, most of all, a gastronomical delight. It is said that Hong Kong Dim Sum is one of the best, or perhaps, the best in the world. I would probably agree with that statement.
Some of my favorite dishes would be the Siu Mai (pork dumplings), Har Gau (shrimp dumplings), Chun guen (spring rolls) and the Char Siu Bao (Pork Bun).
So, the next time you go to Hong Kong, try to ask around for the best Dim Sum restaurant in the neighborhood.
